Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Discord account data: when you sign in with Discord we receive your user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in (used only to show the servers you can manage).
• Server data: IDs and names of servers, channels, roles and members needed to deliver the features you enable.
• Configuration you create: the settings you save (moderation rules, levelling, welcome messages, alerts, etc.).
• Operational data: limited data required for features to work, such as per-member XP, infraction logs and feedback you submit through the bot.

We do not read or store the content of your messages except as strictly required for a feature you have explicitly enabled (for example, spam/keyword filtering), and that content is processed transiently and not retained.

2. How we use information

We use the information solely to operate and improve the Service: authenticating you, displaying your manageable servers, applying the settings you configure, and delivering the bot's features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Sharing & third parties

The Service runs on Discord and communicates with the Discord API to function; your use is also subject to Discord's own privacy policy. We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting and database) only as needed to run the Service. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep configuration and operational data for as long as the bot remains in your server. Removing the bot, or deleting a configuration, removes the associated data within a reasonable period. Some logs may persist briefly in backups before being purged.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Removing Kaipulla from a server and clearing its settings will delete that server's configuration. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in their region, and we do not knowingly collect data from such users.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
