Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Kaipulla (the “Service”), including the Discord bot and its web dashboard. By adding Kaipulla to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the service
Kaipulla is a Discord management bot offering moderation, spam protection, levelling, welcome messages, social alerts, member management and related features, configured through a web dashboard.
2. Private beta
The Service is currently offered in a private, invite-only beta. It is provided “as is” and “as available”; features may change, break or be removed at any time, and availability is not guaranteed during this period.
3. Eligibility
You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your region. You may only configure servers you are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate Discord's policies.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others.
We may suspend or remove access for any server or user that violates these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the settings you configure and the actions the bot performs on your behalf (for example, role changes, timeouts, kicks and bans). Review your configuration carefully before enabling automated actions.
6. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaipulla and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may terminate or restrict access if these Terms are violated.
10. Contact

By using Kaipulla during the private beta, you acknowledge that the Service is still under active development.
